The problem we solve
If you own a property in Marbella, Málaga, Estepona, or anywhere on the Costa del Sol and you don’t live there full-time, you’ve probably run into this: finding a reliable cleaner is harder than it should be. Language barriers. No-shows. Cleaners who were great for the first month and then started cutting corners. Pricing that’s never quite clear until after the job.
And if you’re managing the property from the UK, Ireland, or Northern Europe, you can’t just pop round to check. You’re relying on trust — often without much basis for it.
That’s the gap SAM fills. We’re not a cleaning company. We’re the platform that makes it straightforward to find, book, and manage cleaning services for your Spanish property — from wherever you are.
Who uses SAM
Our users are typically British, Irish, Dutch, or Scandinavian property owners who own an apartment or villa on the Costa del Sol, visit a few times a year, and rent it out the rest of the time. They’ve usually had at least one frustrating experience with a local service provider. They value clarity, reliability, and being able to manage things remotely without chasing anyone.
Some are experienced Airbnb hosts who need consistent, professional turnarounds between guests. Others are first-time owners who just want someone trustworthy to keep the place clean while they’re not there. Most simply want to know the job has been done properly without having to be on-site to check.
How SAM works
- Post a job — describe your property, the type of clean, and the date you need. Takes two minutes.
- Receive quotes — vetted cleaners in your area respond with their price. You see their reviews before you decide.
- Confirm — accept the quote you want. The cleaner handles everything.
- Photo report — when the job’s done, your cleaner sends photos. You can see the property is clean without being there.
Where we operate
SAM currently operates across the Costa del Sol, covering Marbella, Málaga, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, and the surrounding areas. We’re expanding — if you’re in a part of Andalucía not yet listed, post a job anyway and we’ll let you know when cleaners are available in your area.
